This year started out bumpy for different reasons, but I’m grateful it’s also been full of milestones!

If you recall, my “One Word” for this year has been Fruitful.

Allow me to share some highlights from this Fruitful year which included:

Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of my very first book that started my adventures as an author, Waiting on God Well: How to Prevent Breaking Down on Your Way to Your Breakthrough! (Available on Amazon.)

Celebrating the 1st Anniversary of my first traditionally published book, God-Given Dreams: 6 Ways to Live Your Divine Purpose (NavPress).

Celebrating my 26th devotional article being published in the Our Daily Bread devotional that’s translated into more than 50 languages and available worldwide in print and online. I’m told my devotional articles seem to be very popular across the globe. Only God could do that! Celebrating reaching the nations including by speaking to my friends at the United Nations for the third time. What a blessing to get to encourage the lovely group of Christian men and women working at the United Nations by sharing parts of my testimony and parts of my book By Faith: Adventures and Reflections on Walking with God Here and Abroad (Available on Amazon). There were around 10 nations represented in the group that met online and in person. I love how God is allowing me to reach the nations through my writing and speaking!

Celebrating a Milestone Roctober! There’s so much I could say about this Roctober, but for now I’d like my pictures to speak more than 1,000 words. I’m sooo grateful for the memories (& many more) I’m sharing in this short video. It was also wonderful to watch the Broadway shows “Ragtime” and “Buena Vista Social Club” as part of my birthday celebrations. I’m thankful in advance for what’s to come.

Celebrating that Abounding Faith finally reached 1,000 followers on Instagram this year! I’m so delighted that more people are joining me on Instagram for some encouragement, inspiration and online community. See you there?

Celebrating that my Abounding Faith for Today podcast has been named “A 2025 Rising Star” and “A 2025 Binged Show” by Spotify for Creators. Celebrating more than 1,000 Completions of my Live Into Your God-Given Dreams free 7-day reading plan on YouVersion! What a blessing to get to inspire people based on my God-Given Dreams book (NavPress).

Celebrating once again being a presenter for the Publishing in Color online conference. It was my first time leading a workshop for the Spring conference and my third year in a row leading a workshop for their Fall conference. What an honor for this journaler turned journalist turned author to get to inspire and encourage conference attendees through lessons and insights I’ve learned during my writing and faith journey 

Celebrating my sixth summer teaching for the New York School of the Bible. Here’s a snapshot of some of my lovely NYSB students throughout the years. I love how my students are from different backgrounds, ages, and are in different life stages. Ladies, I hope you’ll join us in 2026!

Celebrating launching the new Beloved Called Chosen collection on Abounding Faith’s online store.

I’m also working on other project so please stay tuned!
